Winner of the 2012 TechCrunch Disrupt competition, UberConference, is a web app that looks to make the traditional conference call into a more visual and easy to navigate experience. The app gives you an overview of the call’s participants with display pictures, and gives you simple control over who can join the conversation, who can speak and who’s muted.
